Widget Eye Pin Badge - Gold Plated
Quantity:  2.90

Pharaohs and wealthy Egyptians were buried in ornamental coffins in decorated tombs with valuable objects such as statues and models of the Egyptian gods and animals. These included the cat god Bast and the scarab beetle god Khepri.

Scrolls, called Books of the Dead, were buried inside the sarcophagus with the deceased. They were made of Papyrus and contained hymns, images and magical texts to guarantee passage to the afterlife (life after death). They were intended to guide the dead through the various trials that they would encounter before reaching the underworld.

This Egyptian Wadjet Eye Pin Badge is made from lead-free pewter and is 22ct gold plated. The information card is full colour on the front and has historical information on the reverse.
