An attacking army had to break through a castle's defences to get inside it walls. This was done by surrounding the castle to stop food, water and reinforcements from helping the castle's occupants. The castle would then be attached with siege weapons like catapults, battering rams, siege towers and ladders. Once inside, the knights would fight to the death for control of the castle.

The Castle Attack Transfer Pack consists of an A4 card with a medieval castle siege on the inside. There is a sheet of rub down transfers with over 50 items on it. On the reverse there is a battle scene to colour in and historical information.
