The Dinosaur Timeline Ruler is plastic and measures 30cm long. It shows measurements in both inches and centimetres.

On the front of the ruler is a timeline imager that shows dinosaurs from the Triassic Period, around 227 million years ago, through to the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods.

On the reverse of the ruler is silhouette images of the main dinosaurs on the front of the ruler showing which period they were from and also their names and what their names mean.
