Henry VIII was King of England from April 1509 until his death in 1547. He is famous for having been married six times and for proclaiming himself Head of the Church of England.

Henry VIII has a passion for jewellery, which also demonstrated his status and wealth. Here wore a lot of jewellery including rings, necklaces and bracelets and his clothes were often adorned with precious stones.
