The Vikings were from Norway, Sweden and Denmark. They voyaged great distances in search of good farmland and by the urge of pluder.
The Vikings left behind a great number of documents in stone, wood and metal, all written in mysterious symbols known as runes. They relied on these symbols not only for writing but also to tell fortunes, cast spells and provide protection.
The Viking helmet on this topper is made from lead-free pewter. It is supplied on a black pencil with the Viking runic alphabet printed on it.
