The earliest form of transportation used horses and donkeys domesticated c.4000 - 3000 B.C. By the 1st century AD the Romans had built a vast network of roads across the empire used by horse drawn chariots and carts to transport people and goods. Since these early beginnings new forms or transport have been invented like bicycles, trams, buses, motorbikes and cars.
This bicycle is made from lead-free pewter and is supplied on a pin with clasp. The information card describes about the evolution of transportation from donkeys to cars.
