Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions made on and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference.

Please also read our privacy policy section regarding personal information provided by you.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

The delivery of goods can be made worldwide, subject to our approved payment methods.

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

The price you pay is the price shown on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

We do file details of your order. Please read data protection policy for details of how these can be obtained.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, however we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

The laws of England and Wales shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of this contract. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please refer to the returns and refunds section below.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with your PC, and we accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your PC, or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your PC resulting from the use of this website.


You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from delivery. You must notify us in writing via e-mail at of your intention to cancel within 7 days from delivery together with your reasons for the return. After notification we will send a Refund Acceptance E-mail (R.A.E.) together with an R.A.E. number and confirmation of the amount of the refund and where to send the goods.

Refunds are given less our costs. These include carriage costs as paid by you when ordering and other costs incurred such as PayPal processing charges.

Goods must be returned complete 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging and in ‘AS NEW’ condition.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of our R.A.E. being issued. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.

You must organise the return the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a Return Materials Authorisation number. The R.A.E is valid for up to 14 days only.

A refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.

Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition: You will receive a refund less our costs. These include carriage costs as paid by you when ordering and other costs incurred such as PayPal processing charges.

Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you upon your approval. In certain circumstances we may accept goods back not in a re-sellable condition. In these circumstances a restocking fee of 25% will be levied against the purchase price of the product. Original postage costs paid by you and other costs incurred such as PayPal processing costs will not be reimbursed.

Defective items must be returned to Westair Reproductions Ltd. within 14 days from authorisation to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund or alternate product will be offered at our discretion.
