Between
125 BC - 75 BC tribes from the continent spread into the southeast of
Britain. In 55 BC Julius Caesar made his first expedition into Britain where
he confronted the Cantii tribe. The following year Caesar led a second
expedition to Britain and was again confronted by a Celtic tribe called the
Atrebates, who he managed to defeat after many skirmishes.
The
4cm tall figures are packaged in a full colour box with an image of a battle
between the Celts and Romans on the front and queen Boudicca in battle on the back.
