This ring is inspired from
jewellery that took the form of a gold flying falcon believed to have been
worn as a pectoral (across the breast). The Egyptian sky god, Horus, took
the form of a falcon whose right eye was the sun and whose left eye was the
moon. The ring is 15mm diameter, expandable and is manufactured in traditional
lead-free pewter.
The
card has a colour image from the tomb of Tutankhamen on the front and historical information on the back.
