This ring is reproduced from the original 15th
century gold posy ring on display in the National Museum of Wales. The ring
was found near Ewenni Priory, Glamorgan and is engraved with "+ ieme la
bella" (love is beautiful). The ring is
16mm diameter, expandable and is manufactured in traditional
lead-free pewter and gold plated.
The
card has a colour image depicting a medieval scene on the front and historical information on the back.
