This
4cm tall Squadron Commander (optio) is holding a hexagonal shield with a scorpion
blazon and is wearing and iron mail shirt over his tunic. He is carrying
three short throwing spears, one is ready to use in his right hand and the
two others held ready in the shield hand. The figure is
made from lead-free pewter.
The
card is red, white and black and has pictures of all four Roman cavalry figures together with historical information
on the back.
