seahorse's body is made up of tiny bone plates. They live amongst seaweed
where they hunt tiny food. Seahorses have an unusual was of reproducing. The
male has a special pouch in which the female lays eggs. The male later
releases the tiny live young. The pendant measures 3.6cm long and is manufactured in traditional
lead-free pewter.
The
card has a colour image of a seahorse on the front and educational information on the back.
