Victoria and Albert Thimble

Victoria & Albert Thimble

Queen Victoria ascended the throne in 1837 and married her cousin Prince Albert of Saxe-coburg in 1840. This commemorative thimble is typical of the Victorian style of that period being large, heavy and ornate. The thimble is 23mm tall and is manufactured in traditional lead-free pewter.

The thimble is presented in a clear PVC box with card insert. The card is white and is printed in green, it shows busts of Victoria and gives historical information.
