Cattle
were first domesticated around 6,500BC. Early cattle served a
triple-purpose, providing meat, milk and labour. Dairy cattle are now
specialised animals, focussed primarily on producing milk. This milk is made
into various products including cheese, yogurt and ice cream. The pendant is
32mm wide and is manufactured in traditional
lead-free pewter.
The
card has a colour image depicting Fresian Cow on the front and
educational information on the back.
