family of colourful birds. Most kinds of parrots live in tropical
rainforests, but some live in lowland plains or in mountain forests. There
are about 340 species of parrot found in the world, mainly in the southern
hemisphere. Most parrots feed on seeds, berries, nuts and fruit, which they
collect from trees or from the ground. Parrots mate for life. The pendant is
50mm tall and is manufactured in traditional
lead-free pewter. Supplied with wax cord.
