Roman Duck Oil Lamp

Product History

This elegant oil lamp is based on an original in the Naples Museum and the original was found in Pompeii. The body is hollow, forming the reservoir and the tail forms the nozzle. The wick would have been inserted into the tail nozzle and vegetable oils burned.
