Delivery Information

Westair Reproductions take the delivery of your order very seriously. All of our orders are despatched from the UK using Royal Mail or for larger orders carriers such as DHL.

Orders are normal despatched within 2 business days; this excludes weekends and UK public holidays.

We despatch to the UK and all countries in Europe as well as the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

UK Orders

In the UK we send all orders by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For post, however dependant on the size of the order and the products ordered we will also use Special Delivery or another carrier such as DHL.

From order placement to order delivery it normally takes between 3-5 working days, assuming all items are in stock.

Overseas Orders

We use Royal Mail’s Air Mail service for all our overseas orders, however dependant on the size of the order and the products ordered we will also use the Royal Mails’ International Signed For service or another carrier such as DHL.

From order placement to delivery to European countries it normally takes between 5-10 working days, assuming all items are in stock.

From order placement to delivery to Non-European countries it normally takes between 10-15 working days, assuming all items are in stock.

All customers are liable for any customs and / or duty charges.

Note: Due to customs delays overseas orders may take longer to deliver.

Post and Packing

Our post and packing prices are based on the weight of the order being placed.

Post and Packing costs are calculated and displayed before you finalise your order. If you add items into the ‘Shopping Cart’ and then click on the Shopping Cart link at the top of every page you can get an estimation of the post and packing costs before completing any name or address information.

Delays

Westair Reproductions will not be liable in any way for any delays in the despatch or delivery of orders.

Orders may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions or other outside factors.

Due to customs, delays in deliveries may occur to countries outside of the United Kingdom.
