Product Description: This 4cm tall single Greek Warrior figure is made from lead-free pewter. There are four different figures being, Athenian Hoplite, Cretan Archer, Samian Hoplite and Athenian Hamippos. The figure is mounted on an information card that is full colour with an image of two Greek warriors fighting on the front and has historical information on the reverse, together with an image of all four of the Greek warrior figures to collect.
Information: The ancient Greek empire was made up of city-states. Warfare was a normal part of Greek life, and the city-states often fought each other.
- Athenian Hoplites were foot soldiers and their weapons were a long spear and a sword. For defence he carried a round shield.
