Information: In Norse mythology Valhalla is a majestic hall for slain warriors who live there blissfully under the leadership of the god Odin. This enormous palace, roofed with shields, is where warriors feast on the meat of a giant boar which comes back to life and is slaughtered daily. The dead warriors fight with each other and drink liquor that flows from the udders of a goat. Half of those who die in combat travel to Valhalla upon death, led by Valkyries to be with Odin, while the other half gets chosen by the goddess Freyja for her field, Folkvangr.
The dead warriors will stay at Valhalla until the Ragnarök (Doomsday) when they will march out the 540 doors of the palace to fight at the side of Odin against the giants.
